Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. the staff were attentive, and the service was top-notch. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious and had exclusive amenities like a sauna, Turkish bath, and a treatment room. I enjoyed the facial and body scrub, and the massage was heavenly. the indoor swimming pool was stunning and had sun loungers for relaxation. the bar area had an impressive selection of beverages, and the poolside snack bar was perfect with Halal food.

The only minor issue was the buffet breakfast; it lacked Special diet menus, and the restaurant menu was limited.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides guests an event for over 6,000 guests in an award-winning conference hotel. The staff was accommodating and the facilities were conducive to hosting a large gathering.

The one service I missed for my work was a more efficient and reliable room service for quick meals during busy workdays.

Huge and fairly clean hotel, location was magnificent short walk to town centre, a nice area. There was variety of appetising meals. We loved the room, it was immaculate on the higher floors.

The rooms at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti are so spacious and comfortable, and the panoramic views of the city and Bosphorus from the floor-to-ceiling windows are just breathtaking. As a party person, I loved having a separate work space to get ready for the night out!

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking.

The property overall was fairly clean and safe, had great staff and cleanliness. We got a neat room on the higher floors.

I had a pleasant stay in a quiet and safe area, with lots of fancy places in the Nisantasia neighborhood. The service was excellent, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The modern rooms were spacious with lovely bathrooms and had great views of the city. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Western and Turkish foods, and there were lots of facilities on offer to keep you entertained.

Taxis in the area can be deceitful, so be cautious when using their services.

The staff was respectful, the hotel was clean and placed in an old part of the city just off shopping area, stores. The buffet breakfast was great, I loved that it offered plenty of meals. The stay was great!

Cool hotel, fairly clean, welcoming staff, location close to metro station though by foot was perfect. Our room was bright, included with an incredible view, had a really great stay. We loved excellent service offered.

As young holiday goers, we loved the luxury lobby and spacious bedrooms. The large and clear LCD screen was a bonus. The staff were extremely helpful.

The view from the room was amazing, especially the Seaview room. The panoramic view over the city from the lounge was also fine.

The view from Cloud 34 was to die for! And the Grand Lobby made me feel like a queen with its fabulous fireplace and seating arrangements.

During our recent stay at the Hilton Bomonti, we were blown away by the very nice service provided by the staff. Specifically, Emrullah Bozoklu were really good too ensure our trip was nothing short of amazing. From his attention to detail to his genuine care for our experience, he made us feel valued and taken care of. The hotel itself was of really good quality and the location was convenient for our transportation needs. the Hilton Bomonti is now at the top of our list for future visits to Istanbul. We highly recommend it!

During my stay over Christmas, I was pleased with the variety of activities offered at the hotel. There were special holiday events and entertainment that added to the festive atmosphere. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions. It was easy to access public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Plus, the hotel had a modern and comfortable room that provided a relaxing stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication and organization by the hotel staff. There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get information or resolve an issue.

The staff at the reception, particularly Okrun, were amazing and extremely polite. The room had an amazing view and the facilities, including the indoor pool, hammam, sauna, and private gym, were exceptional. The breakfast was really delicious.

The breathtaking view from the 31st floor was simply impressive. Additionally, room service was prompt and efficient, and the executive lounge offered a fantastic panoramic view of the city. My stay was made even better with spacious rooms, a luxurious bathroom, and excellent Wi-Fi.

The hotel offers a range of kids amenities upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families. Moreover, we were able to enjoy delicious family meals from the Kids Menu, which featured mouth-watering options such as Cheesy Pasta, Crispy Chicken Tenders, and Yummy Fruit Parfait.

My wife says that the kids' activity area could be expanded for more entertainment options.

The rooftop bar at the hotel provided the most mesmerizing views of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. It felt like being on top of the world while sipping my cocktail. The twinkling lights of the city below created a scene straight out of a fairytale.

First stay, staff helped with early check-in. This place suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, room service, security, pool. Coming back for Xmas.
